Preparation and planning for both sides of a small business — the company’s filings and the owner’s own return — handled by the same people who keep the books, in English or Spanish.

Most firms treat the business return and the owner’s return as two separate jobs. We do both, and when we also keep your books there is no scramble in March to reconstruct a year of transactions — the return is largely built by the time filing season arrives.

What we handle

Business returnsLLC, S-corporation, partnership and sole proprietor filings. Personal returnsFor business owners and for individuals, including prior-year filings. Texas franchise taxThe annual report almost every Texas entity owes — even at zero tax. Sales taxMonthly, quarterly and annual filings with the Comptroller. Quarterly estimatesSo the bill does not arrive all at once in April. ITIN applicationsNew, renewal, and dependents — and you keep your passport. DeadlinesFederal and Texas dates in one place, including October extensions.

Behind on filing?

We take on prior-year and back-tax work. Several years behind is a normal starting point, not a disqualifier — and if the records themselves are a mess, cleanup and catch-up comes first so the returns are built on something real.

Planning, not just filing

For tax clients we look at the year ahead rather than only the year behind: entity choice, owner compensation, timing of large purchases, and what the quarterly payments should actually be. That work sits alongside preparation rather than being sold separately.

What we do not do

We prepare returns under a PTIN, but we are not Enrolled Agents and we do not represent clients before the IRS. If you receive a notice we will help you understand it and prepare a response — see personal returns — but formal representation requires an Enrolled Agent, CPA or attorney. We also do not prepare C-corporation, trust or estate returns, and we do not perform audits or attestation work.

Pricing

Tax pricing depends on the return: how many entities, how many states, whether the books are current, and whether prior years are involved. We quote after looking at what is actually required, before any work starts.
