This site describes the bookkeeping, payroll, tax and advisory services offered by Pinedo Consulting Group (“PCG”). It is an introduction to our practice, not an offer to enter into a contract, and submitting the contact form does not create a professional relationship between us.
Nothing on this site is accounting, tax, payroll or legal advice. The content here is general information. Your situation depends on facts we would need to review with you. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the strength of anything you read here without speaking to a qualified professional about your own circumstances.
Engagement and fees
We begin work only under a written engagement letter that sets out the scope, the fee and the responsibilities on both sides. The prices shown on this site are indicative starting points for typical monthly work; the fee for your business depends on transaction volume, the number of accounts, payroll headcount, the condition of your existing records and the scope you choose. Prices may change, and the engagement letter governs if it differs from anything on this site.
Your responsibilities as a client
Our work depends on what you give us. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely records and for the underlying accuracy of the information in them. You remain responsible for your own filings, payments and business decisions. We are not responsible for consequences arising from records that were incomplete, inaccurate or delivered late.
Using the site
You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site for commercial reuse, attempt to interfere with its operation, use it to send unsolicited or automated submissions, or misrepresent yourself when contacting us.
